If you buy from the vitamin C foundation, it comes straight from Roche. They manufacture the majority of vitamin C on the market today.

But the vitamin C foundation gets it straight off the top, ultrapure. I do not believe there is a more pure ascorbic acid available to the average consumer

but if you want cheap and perfectly fine vitamin C then buy "now" brand. Nothing wrong with it
