Hello everybody,

finally I got my Cortisol Saliva Test result.

Cortisol Morning (saliva) 4 ng/ml 3.7-9.5
Cortisol Noon (saliva) 0.6 ng/ml 1.2-3.0
Cortisol Evening (saliva) 0.6 ng/ml 0.6-1.9
Cortisol Night (saliva) 0.3 ng/ml 0.4-1.0

So what do you think?

I got an appointment with a naturopathic doctor soon.
I want to go first the alternative way.

I start to take

Vitamin C
Vitamin B5
Vitamin B Komplex
Vitamin D
Multivitamin
Iron
Magnesium


I hope that someone can tell more about my result.
