If you don't think mercury is a problem then take a few doses of alpha lipoic acid as a test.

I would not trust the NB people with mercury. Copper and mercury always travel together and mercury is the cause.

Just focus on getting yourself healthy. If you have to abstain from alcohol it's a very small price to pay for having your health.
