I hate defending other people that may end up being shills but this is the second time you 'misread' what his bio says.

It clearly states, that the production team he was a member of won the Peabody for a Radio Documentary series that ran between 1996 and 2001..

That said, I can't vouch for the truth in that statement only your bad interpretation.
