I'm new to Water Fasting myself so I cannot answer your questions, however, I'm writing in support of your mantra of "Eye on the Prize". That's powerful.

I'm on day 4 now and haven't had any sign of detox. I was very tired on day 2 but that too has passed. This morning I feel great. I think your mindset is the only way to make it past the obstacles. I feel if we both keep our focus on the results then we can make it to our goals.
