I'm doing noticably better across the board! yay, provided I keep doing everything else on my agenda properly. But all-in-all, the good days are better and the bad days are fewer and recovery from bad days is quicker.

I should have mentioned that saline enema should be non-iodized salt. Don't know how much that matters, maybe alot, or not? I've also increased the frequency to at least once a day (vs. 3x per week) and use the tincture in it only a couple times a week.

You probably wont find much on it. I'm a fan though, for one thing it's just easier to prepare.

Recently I've done 1qt back to back even, with even better results.

I'm doing iosol Iodine to for low thyroid, so that could have a hand in increasing elimination also, over the long haul I hope in particular.
