I hope you find acupuncture more useful than I found it. I went for about six sessions but I did not notice any improvements.

I started detoxing about a year ago. I started feeling better at about the 8 month mark. Months 1-6 were absolutely terrible. I felt much worse from the amount of detox that the supplements caused me. In full disclosure... I'm not 100% better but I went from bedridden to almost normal.. Id say about 70% normal. So thats impressive, I think!

Do you take the B vitamins in their active form? Methylcobalamin, Methyltetrahydrofolate, and Pyridoxal-5-phosphate?
