Hi, I'm looking for someone who has actually done a 14 day water fast.

What was it like? Was the 2nd week easier than the first week? What was your energy like on day 12,13 and 14? How did you feel?

What benefits did you get after? Did you look younger? Did your skin improve? Did your energy improve? Did your overall health improve?

Did your taste buds get reset? Do you now crave healthy foods after the fast?

What are some things you noticed after the fast that werent true before?
