Starting Trapper's SSKI bumped me into a whole new level of Iodine healing. The gram definitely kicked up some major detox, but for me that was a transient "negative" detox state... It did its job and got a lot of mucus out that needed out. With only 6 months of Iodine under my belt I guess I have more to crap to 'get out'.

At 300-500mg daily, it's like a new lease on life :)
