I was up to 850 mg of Lugols 5% daily and that was about my limit. I finally received my Trapper SSKI and started supplementing with that also. I've cut the Lugols to ~50mg and included 350 mg SSKI . I like this much better. My brain is clearer, mood is better and my energy is higher than with Lugols alone. I believe the SSKI with a smaller portion of elemental Iodine is key...for me at least! :-)

I've tried a gram here and there, but haven't noticed much a difference. Definitely nothing negative, that's for sure.
