Thank you for your reply and all that information, I really appreciate it.

I am taking e supplements you suggested already and have been for 3 weeks now, I have seen some good results definitely, the hot flashes, sweats, heat intolerance, have gone and the panic attacks are getting a little bit better.

I am seeing a therapist on Tuesday to talk about so e issues that seem to arise when I feel depressed around ovulation and during period, in hope that the Depression won't be as bad if I can't dwell on issues.

The panic attacks now only happen when I wake up from a bad dream, and they are getting better.

I am just ready to say goodbye to it all now, it has really ruined almost a year of my life.

I am also having acupuncture on Tuesday as people have said this should help :)

How long have you been told it should take to get yourself 'detoxed' and feeling better??
