Sounds like a poor digestion problem or infection more likely. I would say both of them.

Tests are not well performed - took me 2 years to find a simple giardia infection for example. I would change the labs and docs.

I've had odor problems because of giardia and candida and one friend of mine more stinky than me had a streptococcus in his belly. For him worked Antibiotics for me they worsten the problem.

I would test more reduce diary Sugar and detox more until you find out the real culprit. Giardia impairs digestion of diary simple carbs and fatty food so they become garbage in your belly. Is just an example could be a different Pathogen
