Hi Kelly,

Yes I like that idea of giving each other updates. I think it will be beneficial/therapeutic. It seems like we are one day apart in terms of having our Mirena removed,m ine was on Jan 24th.
I have only had one cycle so far I think I am due to have one sometime in the begining of April. I have PCOS so my cycles can be erratic. But I did notice before my period that I had major anxiety and hot flashes.
I have read that usually the anxiety is worsened around ovulation and period time, lucky for us lol!
But I have charted down my cycle so far, I think I recently ovulated but not sure, not to be gross, the cm was thick and stringy at the same time. I heard with ovulation the cm is usually just string like, not thick.
I also had chronic breast pain, that has subsided somewhat.
Im only 27 and had the mirena in after the birth of my daughter at 23.
I feel like part of my 20's is going away.
As I research more relief ideas, I will definitely post them.
I think by distracting our minds and being physically active, we can hopefully say bye bye to the mirena.
Someone also mentioned accupuncture.
If you feel anxiety ridden or anything else, please dont hesitate to post.
