Yea. I haven't tried Magnesium oxide for over 2 yrs. Last time i tried it i had very shallow breathing when i woke up in the middle of the night. It was almost like i had to tell my self to breath in, in order for me to breath in.

Kinda scary, didn't like that reaction. But i'll give it another try, perhaps at a very small dose to see what happens.
