at 1:20 into this, she explains how Iodine decreases the risk of Breast Cancer in relation to the different forms of estrogen.

Phytoestrogens and Iodine increase the estrogen quotient. An increased estrogen quotient decreases Breast Cancer risk.

The rest is interesting too though.
