When I woke this morning my stomach felt good, had breakfast and was okay, maybe the ACV knocked out the flu bugs? When I got to work I started sipping my ACV and water and then my stomach started really bothering me. A few years ago I tried ACV and had stomach issues too so maybe I need to stay away from it. It's never easy...
