Hey yeah I think the Depression and stress i had not long ago caused my digestive system to go out of control too! I wasn't too bad then i started freaking out much much more and it just got completely destroyed!

I don't tend to get chest tightness or restricted breathing.. it's more just a very very full feeling in my upper abdomen like everything is just sitting there not moving.. i do often get hiccups and burps but i don't feel any better or worse doing so
