I'm running it now and it's working on the same "leftover" stuff I've got and am not sure exactly what's that

so seems that it really does not matter what frequency is run maybe

or else these numbers are not really aiming to kill anything, they merely support the body to do the job, do really some optimization that then the body tries to fix whatver is recognized as a problem (will see, so far I like how it feels when these numbers are run)
