I'm thinking if i am actually ok with rice to eat nothing but kitchari for a while.. this would help digestion right? i remember you suggested it to me before but i was scared of rice LOL, maybe basmati is better than brown rice though.. I'd eat it for the rest of my life if it would help me lolololol!! ok i lol too much but thats just how i am im actually loling right now at how much i lol.. LOL
