argh! ok i thought maybe the stomach pain wasn't a good sign so I'll stop lol! I think i have been reducing my air so far quite a bit as i have got less gassiness hehe but maybe i still don't have enough fire? I'm only very new to the concept of ayurveda.. but i am definitely mostly a vata type with vata imbalance.. however I have had some Depression which is kind of a kapha imbalance? Maybe some of my digestion problems are kapha type problems.. eek! confusion!
