Hello All.

So it has been 9 days into the PB Shake cleanse. It has been 7 days of me following a vegan diet.

Last Friday I looked at the scale and it said I was 201. By that evening the scale said 207. Now when I wake up my scale starts at a different weight but ends around 207. After each meal I gain approximately 2 pounds. I am not bloated since I put ginger in the shake but my weight keeps fluctuating even though my diet is under 1400 calories and filled with fruits veggies and whole grains.

I am tired of this weight gain. Does anyone know what it is? By the way I drink 8-10 glasses of water.
