Hi,

Well I still have a road to go to get back to normal. But cutting the laxative out is a start I think. I wasn't actually taking the Movicol when I got impacted, that was down to a poor diet and not drinking enough water, but I do think the copious amount of laxative the doctor prescribed me contributed to the slow down of my colon.

Hopefully with time and patience I will get back to how I was before all this.
