I'm contemplating the GAPS diet only because i suffer from chronic constipation. I've overly emotional. I FEEL like i have this GUT feeling that it could be my gut lol....sorry, seriously not trying to be funny but it just came out that way.

But if anybody has any positive experiences with this i'd like to hear about it.
