thanks everybody! I have been feeling a little improvement from castor oil packs and I have also been doing some coffee enemas which have been helping too. Gonna try these for a few weeks off and on and see how it helps and take a break from flushing. It could just be that after all that oil flushing the live/gallbladder needs some time to recooperate
