I thought so. I used glutamine a lot when I bodybuilt, along with 20 million other things. We'd get this awesome glutamine from the UK, but I had roid rage on it. Funny thing is when I WAS on steriods, I always felt chill (they were real 4 sure) but that glutamine made me one pissy dude. Too funny.
