If a few people were to write essays about how they view Natural Hygiene. From a support standpoint--not a debate one. It probably could use a re-framing, for those who might otherwise not hear of it, or ever know that, essentially, it is *about* being natural with living as a whole; that it's not all about "hygiene" as we normally think of it. Anyway--maybe I should get the ball rolling. Truthfully, the name always put me off, sounding somehow churchy, and impossibly prissy. And yet, and yet. I (now) know better.

I'll be back to this space.

Anyone else inspired to write something that could stand as introduction and share personal experience? ChrisB1?

Water-only fasting is of course one aspect. . .
