excellent article, although i do not agree with everything in it...

my understanding of the condition of the human soul at this stage of evolution is that most everyone, except maybe a very few of the most spiritual individuals on the planet, are in possession of a soul braid...

in other words, entities do not possess a host
rather we as hosts and hostesses possess particular entities that make up his or her preferred personality types

the task of becoming enlightened involves purification of the soul braid
most of the methods Dr. Wilson recommends for getting rid of entities are excellent

eating red meat, especially lamb, however, seems questionable to me, even though I am a type O

when he says-

"One must eat meat, particularly red meats such as lamb. It is part of the special reasons why lamb is used in Jewish and some Christian and other religious feasts and ceremonies. It is a method of exorcism or entity release."

could this be the kabbalistic method of replacing Christian entities, to compete with Christian religions that use the ritual of eating the body and drinking the blood of Christ for "purification" purposes

if one is interested in conveying the purest transcendent state of an avatar, distilled water and minerals are what enable one to manifest and practice the presence of pure divine love, which is the Christed state of being...
