because it's anti-catabolic (muscle preserving),boost the immune system,nervous system and feeds the digestive tract.It worked relativly well, but the mental boost it gave me (i took it with a bottle of red bull for breakfast) and boy i was wired for like 8 hrs. afterwards,then i'd crazh horribly..then the glutimine would slowly be re-released into my system..weird..
it did serve it's purpose,when i used the powered verson i noticed that i was less constipated and had noticibly better digestion.

actually, i think it was the combination of having wheat alergies and the excess
neurotransmitter activity that caused me to go bonkers

Glutamine is one of the most anti-catabolic substances are out there, when i used it for bodybuilding-it workd awesome.
