i made nut kefir with udos probiotic and it works. i got it from a refrigerater caps smell like yogurt. it contains milk has maltodextrin but i have learned most all do even if it isn't listed, any refrigerated milk containing probiotic will work i tried 2 vegan one's and no go! mt capra makes a goat probiotic i wana try but its getting hot out side, also i worry about amazon they never list if its refrigerated by them or requires it, i bet they dont refrigerate it yuk!
