My protocol sheet said ten days on, ten days off for a minimun of nine weeks. But my practitioner suggested varying the schedule a bit since the buggies can actually 'learn' when the cleanse is coming and hide away. So I'll probably start with maybe five or six days on and then take a few days off and just keep switching it up a bit. Here goes!
