I am convinced within that when sleep apnea is not a structural issue it is due to some type of defeciency, brain issue, or genetics..
I am sick and tired of the same " treatments" proposed out there which is basically cpap, or something akin, surgery etc..
What about the potential relationship between gerd and sleep apnea? which came first chicken or egg..

I am combing this forum for real alternatives other than surgery or a machine. I hope I find some..

Surely Science and medical community must be closer to figuring this thing out..
Fed up ,but not stupid.
