Ultimately, I think you should probably go see a doctor and see what they say. You are in a different country than the u.s. so things should be easier and more affordable. There are other drugs out there to try. Nitazoxanide worked a little bit. I noticed about three masses that I considered to be dead flukes. It's something but nothing to suggest it would treat a systemic infection. Albendazole may help too. I have never tried bithionol.
Then there are the Hulda Clark herbs. I read a passage from a book herbal Antibiotics from Stephen Buhner and according to studies on artemisia, it was most effective during the first doses (a week) and tapered off. I seem to believe it because of how it helped initially and then wasn't as effective at all the longer I took it. Even after much larger doses than were even recommended. I will try to post about it further.
As far as the flukes moving around at night. I don't really know what to say. Try taking lemon juice. I drink about 4-5 lemons a day. The increased pH should decrease the activity of something called a cathepsin, which I think the it's the cathepsin a which is used to digest amino acids. It's the cathepsin L..

Increasing the pH helped slowed them down for me. I take baking soda and the about 4 lemons per day. You could start doing that. There are other ways to increase the pH. I just can't remember off the top of my head.
