I agree with Anne.

And would add, if sipping hot water doesn't make it 'go down, and out', then maybe vomiting is best. The thing is not to force anything, but find the way your own body works best and do your best to persist, until you feel better--always try to break on an upswing. I had about three bowel movements (naturally) on my 29 day wfast. One on the last day.

edit--I just wanted to add, that I've never had an enema in my life, but have heard so much about coffee enemas, specifically, that I am opening my mind somewhat.
