thank you for respecting my opinion as I do that of others. I believe you have misconstrued/misunderstood what I have said though: I was initially trying to draw a distinction between being Vegan and a plant-based diet which do not necessarily have synonymous meanings or definitions.
I know many vegetarians for example that of course exclude meat, but also eat processed devitalized foods, so can hardly be considered to be a healthy diet.
I may defend my position on what I believe IS a healthy diet, but hopefully respect and accept the views of others whose opinions differ from my own; but what I DO know, is that a plant-based diet (notice this does not necessarily exclude meat), is BASED on eating plants, and which can and does involve eating some meat.
I know many people who have nothing but robust health on a "Vegan" diet, because it is raw, excludes animal products, and is based on consuming plants whilst excluding any foods that are processed or devitalized (foodless foods).
There is little doubt that a plant-based diet actually reverses disease.......

I think you will find that the vast majority of long-lived peoples of the World, and who had relatively little disease, ate a plant-based diet.
My own father lived to be 92 but succumbed to Multiple Myeloma in his latter years, whilst eating an average country diet (meat and home grown veggies) with little processed foods. He loved his ham sandwiches btw.
It is true that veganism isn't right for everyone, but I was referring to the definition of veganism (no meat or animal products) which does not mean this is necessarily healthy.
I would disagree with you on your premise that we are not all the same biologically, as we all have to conform to our common physiological needs as determined by Nature for survival and good health, with nutrition being a vital component.
The human frame generally adapts to whatever diet that is available, and where nutrition/detoxification plays a major part, and that is why the Budwig protocol and the Gerson Therapy are so successful at recovering from cancers in all stages of development.
I would also agree with you that all vegetables are not healthy and do contain toxins of one kind or another, but this is usually restricted to commercially-grown crops rather than the organic alternatives. I don't believe I said that anyone who eats animal products is unhealthy because of it and where vegans are wrong on that score. I eat goats-milk yogurt and cottage cheese for example, and am in the very best of health.
Pharmaceutical drugs are mainly plant-based, but we should not forget, or bear in mind, that the chemical structure of the plant or plant-extract, has been chemically-altered or metamorphosed to allow patents to take place for the sake of profit (white-willow bark would be a good example here...aspirin)
I also agree that food is not the only cause of disease, as there are clearly other causes such as stress and unhealthy lifestyle habits that produce enervation, resulting in toxemia, and whether this is sourced exogenously or endogenously.
I also have not stated that Veganism is a panacea against every possible disease or illness, but a plant-based diet allows for the recovery from many diseases, and as evidenced by the scientific literature and the experience of Natural Hygienists over the last 200 years.

There is nothing wrong about including meat in ones diet, and that is after all an individual choice, and where some animal products and meat have been included in the diets of the longest-lived, but this constituted only a small fraction of the overall diet. There are other issues apart from health why people avoid eating meat generally, and that includes ethical reasons.
