wow, the crazy thing is- before i knew about any of this stuff i used to eat bowls of chili and mixed in would be a few hot (i mean really hot) red peppers,a few cloves of garlic,an onion diced and some powered chilis..cook it up a bit and then eat the entire thing! good and HOT and it cleans out my guts like no other! i knew it helped to keep the pipes moving and clean but i had no idea it was anti-parasitic!
