This is my first fast. I've been on only water for 22 days now, planning on going for 30 days total. The past two days I have had awful nausea. I did a bit of searching here and found that it is a normal symptom of cleansing. However, I am wondering if I should just vomit up whatever is making me feel ill and get it over with? Any advice?
