Have you lived in the same home while you've had all these problems? If so you might seriously consider testing for molds, fungus, or other toxic conditions that might be in your house/apartment, etc.

I knew a young girl who had some of the problems you describe and she knew it was from black mold that was in her house but she couldn't afford to move - which was a sad situation. Just a thought..
