If you want to go down that road of accusing me of hiding.

You look young and pretty. Perhaps if you had some life experience, say 20-30 years more of life and ran into some real problems along the way, you would be more empathetic toward people with severe and real adrenal/health problems.

Who says I'm irritated?

Anyway, again, Curezone is about people diagnosing themselves and treating themselves, plain and simple. It happens on every single of the hundreds of forums here, every day, all day, for years and years. And it has been extremely successful to the point that Curezone is the top health website on the internet. If that bothers you, perhaps you should look inwardly into why you are so concerned about other people taking responsibility for themselves and acting on it.

It is painfully obvious that you have an agenda, which is to get people to eat in a certain fashion, since all of your posts are recent and reflect a single theme.

Just realize that outside of your agenda-driven posts exist a world of people with an amazing diversity of experiences, health challenges, and an amazing diversity of strategies for dealing with those challenges. And this would include the diametric opposite of what doug gragam says. Some people, especially the adrenal cases, are very successful eating high saturated fat diets. This somehow seems to rub the fruit people the wrong way.


There is a lot more to the healing world than 80-10-10

All you have to do is take a moment to step outside of yourself, and listen to other people's experiences instead of trying to convince.
