Hi k,
Do you think water kefir will have also good results for enema or for drinking? I'm intolerant to milk in any form except 80% butter. Probably because of giardia more than candida. To become lactose intolerant.

I tried drinking milk kefir and yoghurt both goat and cow and it was awful. One doc told me it quit common for chronic long lasting giardia infection.

And also I really have some issues with enemas because of electrolytes . After every enema I'm totally exhausted can't breath pee a lot. And I'm not doing high enemas. What are you drinking after to replace electrolytes ? I only drink lemon mixed with Sea Salt .
