I blew it and didn;t take the nighttime laxative the night before my lemonade start. I popped a couple pills the evening of my first day...nothing. This morning is my second day on the lemonade and have a couple more pills working to make things pass. 2 questions...1) how long should I stay on the lemonade without passing, 2) can I do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) to help things along
