Just a quick update: Some three days after breaking the fast, I'm now noticing a remarkable improvement in my condition. I don't think I'm cured yet but my colitis & leaky gut symptoms are less than 25% !!!! No exagerrations. Not really sure what worked - urine fast/therapy or the anti-candida medication or introduction of goat yogurt. I feel that it's combination of all three. Gut got healed, bad gut flora got cleared & is now gradually getting replaced by good flora. Although I couldn't complete the 30 day semi fast plan, I consider this a great success. My many many thanks to WaterOfLife, Kcirla & VonBingen for providing very helpful insights during this fasting process.
