Kcirla,

I have read your posts with interest regarding the kefer enema. I just don't know if it's something I can do. Sounds strange, cause I have no problem with garlic, coffee, or Miracle-Mineral-Supplement enemas, just the though of injecting a dairy product up there is odd to me.

So do you make your own Kefer, and while doing nothing else, you expel parasites/worms? Can you give more detail? How high do you go, how much, etc?
