He said to not use any supplements except for maybe a mineral supplement if you must.

Eat enough meat. Don't eat anything that could be toxic in larger amounts.

And if you must use something toxic take it right after pulsing so you will have 24 hours to detox it.

It depends on the individual. I didn't have any problem eating whatever I wanted.
