I'm tempted to agree as we've drifted so far away off topic that I can barely remember what the original post was about - and I wrote it.
Natway, even if your point is about people self-(mis)diagnosing themselves, I've already made it clear that I've had a clinical diagnosis too, so I don't see what the problem is.
Can we get back to discussing the outlook for recovery on the assumption that the parasites are present?
