If you don’t want just a book on scoliosis but a complete health guide, go for this book. You don't essentially realize it while you're reading this book, but you're talking complete information about scoliosis, scoliosis exercises and your health. I am a Science teacher with a medical background and I love reading medical books and delivering needed knowledge to my students. I think teaching students about this disease on this level, in an easy and light manner is essential so as to make them health conscious for the rest of the coming years of their life. I find this book by Dr. Kevin Lau, having nice knowledge to share with my students.
