For a mother like me, this book is informative enough to give me a lot tips to keep my family healthy and be preventive against diseases. The language is also very simple to understand and the examples taken from the daily life also help a lot. My husband is 40 years old and since long time he has been suffering from so much back pain. He is also a business man and does not get enough time to work out and follow healthy and timely diet. However, this book could convince him to take care of his physical fitness. We are also following the tips and the book is also giving us valuable information related to scoliosis, scoliosis exercises and back related issues. Along with the treatment, after following this book, my husband is felling better than ever. Thanks to the author, Dr. Kevin Lau.
