Would anyone know what substances to stay away from while doing this protocol.

I'm going shopping soon (Gluten Free, Genetically-Modified-Organisms free, Low Protein/Fat) and I need to make sure my diet is suited for this protocol.

Due to the fact that Beck said NO VITAMIN A OR GARLIC FAMILY.


So what else was it that you can't have?

I don't take any prescription drugs, Other than Cannabis which I don't think is.

I know that wont be an issue.

In the video he says "No Vitamin A" you can hear someone else go "What about Vitamin C?!" and he says "We found Vitamin C doesn't harm you"

Which makes sense...

He also says that in the packet you will find what not to take.

Which I can't find the diet.

Can someone tell me what he would have his patients eat for food during this protocol?
