The defective gene fmo3 that is found in the human cell and that causes TMAU1, TMAU2, and other variants of this horrendous malodor disorder has been discovered in egg yokes of brown shelled hens! Amazing!

Makes me wonder what other animal food products or animals have this defective fmo3 gene in its cells?
The brown shelled hen eggs have a fishy smell to them.
Got to web and type in: Detect and Eliminate ' fish taint'.

It's something to think about.

Eggs are on the no-no list for those who suffer from TMAU. This defect in brown shelled eggs have not been found I'm white shelled eggs.
