When you say you can understand why most of these herbs would be in the mix - what is the reason? I have benefited enormously from Chang Shan but am wary of taking it in the mix mentioned as most of these herbs slow down phase 1 liver detox, which is already too slow for me. However I am also concerned about potential side effects down the track as so little is know about this herb. I realise your post was a while ago but would be interested in your advice if you are still around :-)
