Hi, He eats a clove, one piece of garlic every morning, just bites into it and chews it with his teeth, chews it and swallows it. His daughter said he does it every morning as long as she can remember, she told me she loves the smell of garlic.

I get the 2 whole bulbs, not cloves, of garlic via dermal absorption as described in post. It is not a particularily fun treatment, die off is not a fun feeling, it just gets the job done. The external treatment is good to do while taking MH's internal dewormer, a double wammy to kill parasites, as walnut hulls and wormwood are long known worm killers and clove, as stated above kills the larvae and eggs.

Eating 2 whole 'bulbs' of garlic a day eliminates different parasitic infestation and repells many parasites. It depends on your tolerance level and if you like garlic. I use it medicinally as needed, food is medicine, so taste is not an issue to me. I read hindu recipes or just eat it, to get the raw garlic into me so it can do its work. You can blend in a blender, raw peeled garlic with olive oil and lemon and eat it as a spread on pita bread. Or mince or mix in blender a bit of hot red pepper and garlic in olive oil, and lemon juice and eat it and it kills parasites. Or mix pressed garlic with honey, sorghum, acv optional, and eat it by the spoonful. Or just mix peeled garlic in a blender with olive oil and rub it on your skin for dermal absorption, rub just a little bit on a pets coat too if parasites bother the pet, sprinkle a bit of dried powdered garlic in your pets food, they like or will learn to like it if you add small amounts, a pinch of garlic protects them too from parasites. Commercial fish food used to put a tiny pinch of garlic in goldfish food
as pet goldfish like to eat a teeny tiny pinch of powderd garlic in thier fish food to stay fish mold, slime, parasite and fungi free also. It's the allicin in the garlic as well as many other identified garlic component derivatives. Cilantro mixed with olive oil in a blender can be eaten as a spread on pita bread also, though I prefer to gulp cilantro juice down as I am not fond of bread. I sometime use pita bread to get garlic and hot red pepper down, the bread absorbs some of the hot. A marinade in acv, olive oil and or lemon juice are good mixers, marinades for garlic and hot red pepper. To get past taste, some mince garlic and hot red pepper seeds and put in veggie gel caps and swallow that way.
There are recipes for garlic soup on line and hindu spice recipes have recipes for garlic and hindu spice stores sell garlic chutney, cilantro spread, mint chutney etc. They are good, yet it is easy to just make your own fresh. I prefer the raw garlic as most potent for anti parasite medicinal purpose. Just eat, gulp and swallow.
A natural food md, Andew Weil told this guy to eat a clove of garlic a day to rid a cold and the guy misunderstood and ate a bulb of garlic a day instead. The guy called Andrew Weil md and said hi doc, that garlic really worked and knocked out my cold, but man was it a hard cure to swallow! When Dr. Weil inquired why eating a clove of raw garlic a day was so hard the guy said, clove? I thought you said a whole bulb of garlic!
Anyway, garlic is potent medicine and a clove is good for a minor cold or maintenance. If you really want to get serious and de parasitize many creepy worms, even monsters, whole bulbs are used and effective depending on your situation and tolerance. Mountaineers carry garlic to ward off beasts and mad dogs. Roman soldiers used to eat and carry garlic for courage before going into battle. 2tuff once posted a link saying too much garlic can make someone stupid, I disagree and if given a choice between being parasite infested or stupid, I will choose to risk being stupid for awhile to get rid of parasites. Different parasites are killed by different specific herbs or spices actions. I heard some people eat raw onion on pita as sandwiches and we all know garlic bread is a worldwide favorite.
